Practices of Sacred Reciprocity with the Natural World for Personal and Global Healing
Facilitated by Kinde Nebeker, mfa, matp-ep
Join us for an experiential/ceremonial solo daywalk outdoors, followed by mirroring and a council circle to discuss our individual experiences. A sacred relationship to nature (as we somehow dimly still know) is vital to personal mental balance as well as the health and rejunvination of a society. Ecopsychology takes transpersonal traditions of Western psychology (such as William James and C.G. Jung) and melds this knowledge with indigenous wisdom (such as vision quests and ceremony) to create a paradigm for contemporary people who are searching for new ways to move forward in an ever-changing and possibly dying world. We will be outside, regardless of weather, so come prepared.
