      Jackson Hole Mountain Guides has donated a free avalanche awareness class! The class will be AIARE- American Institute for Avalanche Research & Education- curriculum and is going to be taught by Erica Engle - Certified International Mountain Guide. This is huge! It will be an amazing opportunity for those of you who are trying to get your feet wet and get started in the backcountry and a fantastic refresher for those that are experienced backcountry travelers. 

      The class size is limited to 12 participants so we are having a sign up. We ask that if you do sign up to reserve your spot that this is a commitment that you will be there. Please confirm your spot by Monday Jan. 2nd via email to claire@shejumps.org or sierra@shejumps.org

       We are also planning to hold a free beacon clinic also sponsored by JHMG... date- TBD. More info to come.
