These classes are open to all SheJumps members and supporters!
So guys are invited, although we do still expect the classes to be mostly ladies:)
This class is designed for skiers, snowboarders, bikers, hikers, and climbers, but can benefit anyone. Athletes can sometimes develop muscular imbalances and chronic areas of stiffness, which this class will help remedy with core stabilizers and whole-body limbering techniques. We will focus on heart openers, hip openers, stretching the upperback, and strengthening the lower back and the core. We will also emphasize restorative asanas (poses) to reduce the stressful effects many extreme sports athletes endure. Build power and strength while toning the entire body for improved balance and whole body fitness. Plus relax, rejuvenate and release old tension and prepare your body for a good nights rest so you can perform to your full potential.
$8 for your first class
$5 for SheJumps members or returning supporters
