What great thing would you dare to accomplish if you knew the only outcome was success?

What is SheJumps? SheJumps is an 501c(3) nonprofit organization. Our mission is to increase participation of women in outdoor activities through mentorship and coaching from professional and recreational outdoor female athletes. We connect active women to community service opportunities in hope that we can continue to mold and grow girls (and boys) into active individuals that give back to the world, which will create sustainable growth for the future generations. Our Vision: SheJumps is a community of women that challenges its individual members to reach their potential. Young and old, we are athletes, journalists, adventurers, mountain girls, city girls, artists, politicians, and all around RAD! Are you living up to your full potential? If not, maybe it’s time to jump? SheJumps is not here to sell you or tell you what to do, but we may be able to help. Maybe you need inspiration to get yourself out of bed, or just some new people in your life that challenge you to step up. If you are willing to jump toward something that inspires you but need a little push, get connected at SHEJUMPS.ORG. We are here to support you. What do you want to do? Where do you want to live? Who do you really want to be? Take a jump, and see what comes from it. At the very least, you will have a great story to tell. Jump, we dare you. The only catch is that SheJumps isn't about you, it's about you and your friends. We'll help you if you are willing to help others. Here's what we believe. 1. Bag the B.S. a. It’s not fair to whoever raised you—mom, dad, fairies or tree nymphs—to naysay yourself in regards to what you are capable of doing. Believe in yourself and have patience and respect for your abilities or limitations but above all, don’t beat yourself up! 2. But use fertilizer … a. Based on the idea that you won’t be ragging on yourself, take opportunities granted to you to make others around you feel valued, too. Maybe if a friend falls (proverbially or otherwise) it’s an opportunity to step in and make a team effort to work around the problem. 3. It’s 90% mental and 10% physical. 4. Always try again. Always. 5. Breathe deeper. 6. Eat your fruits/veggies (Farmer’s market or organic if you can!) 7. DO ONE THING EVERYDAY THAT SCARES YOU!
